We created this website to assist foreigners and Filipinos away from home, wanting to relocate in Cagayan de Oro City, Philippines, to find a house they can be proud of and they feel good of owning. We build our houses exclusively in Xavier Estates Subdivision, the premier and a gated subdivision in Cagayan de Oro where property appreciates at a rate faster than in any parts of the city. Anton Homebuilders, our construction company, caters primarily to the discriminating buyers who are very particular with optimum design, the quality of materials used, and the craft employed in the carpentry and the masonry of the house. Our vision is to ensure buyer's long term satisfaction; that buyers get the appropriate value for the money they spend.

• Optimum Design - We design houses with particular emphasis on optimum use of every available space. This we do without sacrificing esthetics and comfort.
• Quality of Materials used - While most homebuilders now shy away from hardwood materials due to cost considerations, our houses have generous share of hardwood materials. Specifically;
  
  
  1. The flooring in the second level and the entertainment room are made of thick hardwood planks or of hardwood (Molave) parquet. The hardwood planks, most specially are very hard to source these days, but we have it in the houses we built.
  2. The steps of the stairs are made of two inches thick and twelve inches wide hardwood planks. A rarity these days in home construction because of cost considerations. The stairs hand railings are made of artisan carved-on-site hardwood to make the houses pricey.
  3. The main doors and the exit doors are made of the hardest hardwood we have in the Philippines, the Molave, to emphasize the high-end features of the houses.
  4. All needs are addressed such as roofing insulation; soil and wood treatment against pests; waterproofing in areas needing waterproofing; etc.
  
  
• Craft Employed in the Carpentry and Masonry – We hired artisan wood carvers, wrought iron specialists, highly skilled carpenters, masons and painters to do the work. Beyond that, the work is meticulously inspected by the owner of Anton Homebuilders everyday to ensure buyer satisfaction is achieved.
